Ignite Executive Programme

Senior leaders
who think with AI
transform faster.

Ignite is a bespoke two-day leadership intensive that equips your senior team to use AI fluently, build with it confidently, and lead AI transformation credibly — from the boardroom to the client conversation. Every participant leaves with a personal AI Playbook: a configured working environment, tested prompt library, and a working agent — ready to use on Monday morning.

The Problem

Awareness without fluency

Most senior leaders understand that AI matters. Few have built the daily habit of thinking with it. The gap between knowing and doing is where competitive advantage is lost.

The conference that fades

Keynotes, panels, and awareness sessions create a short-term spike. Without deliberate practice on real work, skills dissolve within weeks and nothing changes.

Leaders left behind

When senior leaders lack fluency, they cannot lead credibly, cannot set standards for their teams, and cannot advise clients with confidence. The organisation stalls.

AI fluency is not acquired through awareness. It is built through deliberate practice, applied to real work, under expert guidance, with enough time to fail, iterate and improve.

Before Ignite
Using AI occasionally, from a blank screen, with inconsistent results
No shared standard for AI use across the senior team
Unable to lead client AI strategy conversations with confidence
No working AI infrastructure in daily tools
After Ignite
A configured AI working environment, used daily, producing better outputs from the first week
A shared language and standard for AI use, set by leadership
Frameworks and confidence to lead AI transformation conversations at board level
A working Client Briefing Agent and a designed pipeline of future agents
How it works
01

Part One: Thinking with AI

A hands-on skills intensive delivered by Zebrafish. Participants work on real tasks they brought to the room — client meetings, documents, strategic questions. Every session produces a Playbook entry. Advanced participants act as table mentors, pulling the whole cohort forward.

02

Part Two: AI Strategy & Transformation

Delivered by an Imperial College Business School professor with two decades of research on digital transformation. Frameworks, cases, and structured argument for leading AI transformation conversations at board level — with colleagues and clients.

Part One: Thinking with AI

Hands-on, from the first hour.

Delivered by Zebrafish. Prompt-led throughout. Every section opens with a short framing, then participants work on real tasks they brought to the room — supported by expert facilitators. Advanced participants act as table mentors, raising the whole cohort. Every task produces a Playbook entry.

Six sections across the day: the state of the art, building a working AI environment, context engineering, working at scale with documents and data, building an AI agent, and responsible use.

The AI Playbook — built across the day, owned immediately
My AI Landscape — developments tracked, consulting implications mapped
My Working Environment — configured AI Project, custom instructions, Personal Skill
My Context Frameworks — reusable structures for meetings, briefings, research
My Document Workflows — extraction, interrogation, briefings at scale
My Client Briefing Agent — working, deployed, tested on a real client
My Next Agent Opportunity — designed and ready to build
My Responsible Use Guidelines — personal professional standard
My AI Transformation Framework — view on disruption and opportunity
Part Two: AI Strategy & Digital Transformation

The strategic landscape.

Delivered by an Imperial College Business School professor with two decades of research on how organisations navigate technological disruption. Part Two shifts gear from hands-on practice to strategic thinking — equipping participants to lead AI transformation conversations at board level, with colleagues and with clients.

Covers the Automation → Augmentation → Agentic framework, the competitive advantage of agentic enterprises, leadership and culture in AI transformation, implementation diagnostics drawn from real cases, and what professional services firms specifically need to get right.

What participants leave with
A disruption framework — three types of AI disruption and where your sector sits
The Triple-A framework — Automation, Augmentation, Agentic as a strategic map
Four archetypes — a self-assessment tool for your firm and your clients
Implementation diagnostic — the two or three highest-impact moves for your organisation
Leadership & culture framework — what the firms that navigate AI disruption do differently
Client conversation confidence — language and argument for AI strategy discussions at board level

Works with the tools your organisation already uses
